Program description
TK AI Solutions sends appointment-related text messages on behalf of the salons that use our booking software. If you booked an appointment at a salon and agreed to receive texts, this page describes that program.
- An appointment confirmation, sent right after you book
- A reminder before your appointment time
- A request to leave a review after your visit
How consent is collected
Consent is collected on the salon's booking page, through a checkbox that is not pre-checked. The wording next to that checkbox reads:
I agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and review requests by text message from [Salon Name] at the phone number I provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. Customers who do not opt in are called by the salon instead.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact details below.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
