TK AI Solutions provides booking and phone-answering software to independent salons in the United States. This policy explains what we collect from a salon's customers and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you book an appointment through a salon that uses our software, we collect only what is needed to hold that appointment:
- Your name
- Your mobile phone number
- The service, date, time, and technician you chose
- Any note you choose to add
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when
We do not ask for your email address, your home address, or any payment information.
How we use it
- To hold and manage your appointment for the salon
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and review requests by text — only if you opted in
- To let the salon call you back if a text message fails to deliver
Text messaging and your phone number
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your mobile opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Your number is used only to contact you about your own appointments at the salon you booked with. It is shared only with the salon itself and with the licensed messaging provider that delivers those messages on our behalf. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with any other party, under any circumstances.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. See our SMS Terms.
Who can see your information
The salon you booked with, and TK AI Solutions staff who maintain the system. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Appointment records are kept so the salon can recognise returning customers. Write to us and we will delete your record.
Your choices
- Book without opting in to text messages — the salon will call you instead
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages
- Ask us to delete your information
